Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. On average it is 3-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays) Custom pieces or Pre-Orders are subject to longer processing times. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
All EU VAT/UK VAT and fees are the buyers responsibility. Delays are common as well.
Estimated shipping times
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
I have NO control after a package leaves the studio. Please contact the USPS if your item did not arrive or was lost. I am not responsible for the USPS losing a package, and I will not refund you for the item. That is USPS's responsibility.

Combine Shipping and Overages
Items will be shipped together if safe to do so. Any excessive shipping overages will be refunded to the buyer.
Local Pickup
Local Pick-Up is not currently available, but will be coming soon!
Returns or Exchanges- I do not except returns or exchanges. If an item arrives broken, please send me a picture of the box and the broken item to my email. I will send a refund as soon as I can. I cannot send a refund without a picture of the item and box.
Pottery Care
All items are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise in individual listing. Hand washing is recommended for longevity. Avoid thermal shock (extreme temperature change) Run warm water over a mug before pouring super hot liquid into it. Do not place a mug filled with hot liquid into the fridge/freezer. Do not heat up an empty mug in the microwave.
